Yes. Each batch of our Desi Ghee undergoes independent laboratory testing. A QR code on every jar provides access to its specific batch report.

What does “with the mother” mean in vinegar?

“The mother” refers to the naturally occurring culture formed during fermentation. It appears as natural strands or sediment and indicates raw, unfiltered vinegar.

Is your makhana fried?

No. Our makhana is roasted using olive oil under controlled conditions.
